Heather Pinasco
1st Grade Teacher
About The Teacher
Welcome to First Grade. My name is Heather Pinasco. I am a lifelong Stockton resident. My husband and I have been married for 10 years and we have two children that attend school here at St. Luke Catholic Elementary School, one in 3rd grade and one in 1st grade. We are also parishioners at St. Luke Catholic Church.

I graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Human Resource Management. I have my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Masters of Education in Cross-Cultural Teaching. I taught elementary grades in Stockton Unified School District for seven years, at which point I left teaching to stay home and raise my children. Now that my youngest is entering Kindergarten I am able to reenter the classroom as a teacher.

I am excited to have your child in my classroom. First Grade is an important year that establishes positive educational habits and the lifelong love of learning. In order to ensure student success, I strive to establish and maintain a positive relationship between the student, parent/guardian, and myself. I hope that my welcoming classroom environment will be a place that your child can learn and grow.

Outside of school I like to spend time cooking, gardening, reading, and watching the San Francisco Giants. Most of all, I love spending time with my family.

Here’s to a great school year!
